Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Grigio PDO has a fairly deep, bright straw-yellow colour with golden hues; the nose is elegant and intense, with aromas of fruit and flowers blending with fresh vegetality; the palate is well-structured and balanced with pleasing persistence. It can also be produced as Semi-Sparkling wine.The vinification of Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Grigio PDO wines must take place within the production area; however, taking traditional circumstances into consideration, these operations may also be carried out within the entire territory of the Province of Pavia, as well as in the districts of Vicobarone and Casa Bella in the Municipality of Ziano Piacentino in the Province of Piacenza.
