,Friuli or Friuli Venezia Giulia PDO Spumante Classic Method ranges from straw to golden yellow in colour; the nose is elegant, at times with hints of yeast; it is savoury and harmonious on the palate, very dry in the Pas Dosè version, dry in the Extra Brut version and slightly sweet in the Brut or Extra Dry versions.
